Always knowledgeable, but also very kind. Staff is always ready to help and Dr. Mike Richards is the nicest and most thorough vet. I trust Arch completely with my fur babies.

All of the staff I have ever interacted with have been fantastic. I feel like I am given the best recommendations for care and everything is explained to me well. All of my family brings their pets here! Wonderful place.
