Pet Surgery

We recommend spaying or neutering companion animals to reduce the number of stray animals and as a preventive measure against disease later in life.

This elective surgical procedure is recommended to avoid accidental or unwanted breeding of dogs and cats. In addition, studies have shown that surgical sterilization of our pets younger than one year of age helps prevent or lower the likelihood of several life-threatening diseases. There are pros and cons to all procedures, and we strive to treat each and every one of our patients as the individual that they are. If you have any questions or concerns about having your pet spayed or neutered, please do not hesitate to ask one of our staff.

We also offer a wide range of surgical procedures such as mass removals, abdominal surgeries. In addition, we partner with Dr. Jennifer Wardlaw, Gateway Veterinary Surgery for orthopedic procedures such as TPLO.
